


Wonderfully versatile, Erbette Spinach is a must have in our kitchens. It's a variety that belongs to the beet and chard family. Its leaves and stalks are slightly harder compared to True Spinach. When eaten raw is a bit bitter- sweet. Add it to your salads and omelettes and you can enjoy its mildly earthy flavour. When cooked, it becomes slightly more acidic and robust which makes it a great addition to your soups, stews, quiches and pies.
