Brussel Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts are one of the seasonal stars that has a special place on our table. With their nutty and slightly bitter taste they are delicious in so many dishes - from soups and curries, to roasts and steamed in winter salads. Be careful to not overcook them as they will turn mushy and have an unpleasant smell. Brussel sprouts pair well with lemon, balsamic vinegar and blue cheese. They also go well with sweeter roots like squash and parsnips.
