
Everyone likes a crunchy, heavy head of cauliflower, packed with gorgeous florets. The first meal we can think of is probably cauliflower cheese but this delicious veg is so versatile that we can even pickle it. Really good in curries or blended soups. Roasted, mashed or riced, cauliflowers are a must have at this time of the year. Goes well with dairy and spices like nutmeg, cumin and paprika.
